I thoroughly recommend training with Irma. Since the first lockdown in 2020 I’ve been doing online training with Irma. It’s great because I can do it from home with Zoom or WhatsApp so there’s really no excuses! Irma tailors the classes to your needs & you can use whatever equipment / weights you have available.
